Ministry of Land Use and Housing joins in nationwide Clean Up the World Campaign |
A large group of staff members of the Ministry of Land Use and Housing staff had gathered this morning to carry out outdoor cleaning works on Perseverance Island in support of the Clean Up the world campaign under the banner: this is Our Seychelles, lets clean it up ( Mon Sesel sa, annou netway li.) |

This support was well appreciated by the Minister, Mr Christian Lionnet, who had the honour to launch this year’s campaign on behalf of his colleague Prof Rolph Payet who is currently on overseas mission. Minister Lionnet, in his address to launch the campaign at Bel Air, reminded everyone of the community spirit at the core of the Clean Up the World Campaign and that individually if we all chip we can certainly achieve our goal of preserving the natural beauty of Seychelles and keeping its environment clean and safe for future generations. |
